MARGARETHA RW TANAJI, S.H., an Indonesian citizen, was appointed as Corporate Secretary on August 28, 2024 based on the Decree of the Board of Directors No. 126/SMK-Dir/SK/VIII/2024. Her appointment has been reported to the OJK on August 28, 2024. 
Joined the Company on August 7, 2024 and currently also serves as the Company's Legal Manager. Margaretha has experience working at the Dharma Satya Justicia law firm (2018 - 2024), a notary office (2014 - 2018) and as a legal officer in a public company (2010 -2012). 
Margaretha earned a Bachelor of Laws degree from Trisakti University (2010) and a Master of Notary from the University of Indonesia (2015).
