This Letter of Authority is to represent and act for and on behalf of the authorizer to attend the Annual General Meeting by PT. Satria Mega Kencana, Tbk.

Therefore, to that end, the authorized is given the right over and on behalf of the Authorizer to speak, ask questions, voice opinions, make decisions, provide remarks, propose reasonings, sign relevant letters/documents as well as carry out other legal proceedings during the meeting without any exception.
